Billy Commerce acts as a venue to allow users to offer, sell, and buy just about anything in a variety of pricing formats and locations. We are not directly involved in the transaction between buyers and sellers.

• You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Billy Commerce users.

3. Listing Conditions

When listing an item, you agree that:

• You are responsible for the accuracy, content, and legality of the item listed.
• Your listing will not violate any prohibited items policies.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that we consider to be inappropriate or violating these terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Billy Commerce, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
